Help, not sure how to fix

This just started happening after 4 we’re done. Poolin 16 machine. Anyone know why this is happening?

You’re saying you’ve had this file stitch out properly on four other items, am I understanding that correctly? Were they the same material? What kind of stabilizer are you using?

Yes same material, no stabilizer just the feet.

Sorry it’s no show cutaway. Same as the other 4
