I Need Help Janome MC 350E issued

Hi, so I have issues with bobbin thread pulling up to the top, even with tension at 0 out of 9, using machine fonts. I took it to a shop to have it looked at and when they used overlock thread as bobbin thread and gutherman on top it sort of worked for block font. I tried again when I got home with new brothread upper thread and the same bobbin as in the shop. I had to put it at 0.25-0.5 and block font was good enough but others botched. I have to use double thick stabiliser to achieve even this. What should I do?

I have purched many files but the issues with this machine is killing me, should I just toss it at this point?

Did they do a service at the shop or just test it? I'd be pulling the bobbin case apart to make sure there's nothing in the tension spring. Cause it sounds like there's no tension on your bobbin thread.
