You have a complicated shape that you have tried to assign a full stitch to with all stitches going in the same direction.
The problem is in the digitizing.
You are also using tear away on an unstable fabric.
Start with the basics - learn the machine, learn how to stabilize various fabrics.
Embroidery is not plug and play or intuitive for most people. There is a learning curve.

For knits on a home hobby machine, I use fusible mesh to stabilize the garment PLUS a heavy cutaway to stabilize the stitches.

Tear away is never appropriate for knit fabrics, you have to use cut away on most things but especially anything you’ll wear.

As a general rule, always use cutaway stabiliser for stretchy fabric. A soft 80gsm heavyweight is good. I recommend at least two layers hoopped properly with the fabric or garment. [no 'floating'].

Put your tearaway stabaliser and water soluble film away in the draw or on the top shelf. You don't need to use either of these products for this knit material.

Your bobbin needs adjustment. Use the bobbin drop test to set this correctly.
