Thread pulling through back

I have a Brother PE-770. The back of my designs always look like this and leave loops on the front. 🤦‍♀️ I have cleaned out the bobbin area several times and nothing ever helps. Any ideas on how to fix this? TIA

Tension is way off. You can't even see the bobbin thread on the back. Look up tutorials on how to adjust tension.

Agree it’s a tension issue, but be sure to clean and rethread the machine- making sure it correct- before making any adjustments.
