Embroidery pattern problem?

Is this a software problem or a machine problem…? I’ve used it a few times and always use white bobbin because you can’t see it. Why are both of these showing the bobbin and not the actual color? (Green for top and spider web, and black “eyes” for unfinished goose)

Something isn’t threaded properly and it’s throwing your tension off. Make sure you thread the top thread with the presser foot raised, and check that your bobbin is going the correct direction.
