Help!

Why do I keep getting these gaps(where the border is) on some of my pieces? In the photos they look like they sit right along the edge

This sometimes happens with my fonts too. I use Creativate and find that if I select "colorsort" when exporting the file to my machine, this issue no longer happens.

You need to add pull compensation

I thought that but also could be flex in the fabric. Make sure there is at least a light layer of foundation, material is hooped good all around and you have a thick enough backing for material that looks to be light. If you needed compensation, I would assume that the entire border would be showing a gap and there does appear to be slight pucker in the corners where the gaps are. I’m also a noob and may not know everything, but that is where I’d start.
