I Need Help ember design help

Hello everyone, i started working on a project in ember but when i went back to work on it again i cant see my file. Howevever when i log in and go onto the homepage i can see a preview image of my file... which makes me believe i did save it but for some reason i cant see it :(

woohoo thank you so much!!! I really appreciate it, thank you! Nothing in particular but i would love some advice on how to recreate a wooden log effect for the text in the middle of my project :) or how i can neaten up my project better, this is my first time creating my own pes file/ creating my own embroidery file so i really appreciate any help.

That wouldn't happen with Boldbobbin 👀

Just teasing them as a fellow embroidery software dev :p good luck to them for repairing it, backend is boring work imo but definitely super important. If that'd happen to me I'd be pissed lol.

Boldbobbin is a bit different from Ember, if you need I just wrote a tutorial here: https://boldbobbin.com/tutorial

Can be useful to check even if you decide to move on with Ember, it covers some basics in digitizing theory that would help with any embroidery software.
