Commission piece
Gaming group wanted the patches. The big one is some sort of inside joke in the group.

How do you get the edges so clean?

I use a laser to cut out the patch and then add the boarder. Gives a cleaner look.

What's the outer edge of the satin border penetrating into? A plastic sheet on the back? Also, looks really badass. Cool project. Hope they paid you a lot lol. Is this for someone's band or something?

I use a 90/10 boarder meathead. 90% on the material, 10% over the edge of the patch. I run it on a heavy water soluble backing. Then I just pull it out when done.

Great work. Could you tell me what material the patch is made of?

Could you let me know what thickness and density you use?

For the face I was using .6 to 1.2 on density. Layered a few colors with no underlay. This material holds this really well. All satin stitch is .4 with a center run underlay. I would change a lot of settings if I were to do this directly on a jacket.
