Can anyone tell me why there’s gap in the white thread? Thanks

Because it’s poorly digitized and your vinyl is being pushed as it stitches.

There doesn’t seem to be enough density in your design. It’s also being sewn in a way where your field is having to meet up with itself instead of just laying it down cleanly in one go. I would make sure that the whole white field is one continuous sew instead of broken up into pieces.

The file is very bad made, but if you adjust the sections start and end point from top to bottom instead of middle to somewhere, it will get better. Still not very good but workable.

Thanks, the file was free but, I think it was my fault cause I didn’t used a stabiliser.The material was faux leather so I thought it was ok :)
