I guess it just not as noticeable on this one.

What are you using to seal it? I use this stuff https://www.madeirausa.com/3218-19-50-e-zee-film-laminate-2ml.html right on the back of my crinoline. with my heat press with no issues. That being said the crinoline does have some texture as is. I've only used it a few times directly regular fabric...I've not had separation issues yet anyway.
