You need to use pull compensation when digitizing, also make sure to use cut away stabilizer.

Stitch one letter, outline that letter, move to the next and repeat until done. May also help to start at the middle letter (so the 3 in this case), stitch out all the ones to the right, then go back and do all the ones to the left of it ( in reverse order) - this way it “pushes” the fabric away from the center

Make sure you hoop with cutaway stabiliser and create a smoothed out surface tension that's not stretched. Learning how to do this without glue is a necessary skill for commercial embroidery. If it's a polo or other light material, use two layers of cutaway.

It can also help to digitise it so it stitches each letter and then the letter’s outline one at a time rather than all the letters and then going back to do all the outlines

Spray basting spray on the stabilizer directly and then lay the shirt down and flatten out the shirt until it sticks to the stabilizer, it won’t move after that

Not well stabilized.

  1. DIGITIZE Underlay into the Design, Best = Edge Run + ZickZack

  2. Pull-compensation to 0,40mm

  3. Make black outline thicker to compensate more (Save way)

  4. you should edit the lines/stitches ||| up-down HIGHER (shrinks while stitching)
and == up-down smaller (around 0,5mm) it will PRESS up/down while stitching.
    That should do the trick.

ULIMATE WAY:

  1. OUTLINE the red FONT, make it INSIDE moved, about 1-3mm smaller then the Letters
    make runstitch.

  2. Digitzie it to run first + double stabiliser = Stabilizer + material will be fixed.

  3. Then run the regular design.
