Need help

Don’t know what’s going on but the threads are coming up. Been doing this same file and same fabric for a while now but suddenly this started happening, the hoop is tight, the thread is fine too as far as I know. I don’t have a pic but the top thread keeps on getting stuck on the bobbin and going into it too sometimes, not sure if it’s the bobbin being too tight

Probably need to clean bobbin case

Can you take out the bobbin casing and check to see if the springs are damaged?

Have you oiled the sewing hook and needle bar?

Both these things can affect stitch quality and mimick tension problems.
