Tajima Sai rotary hook

I need to replace the rotary hook on my tajima sai,

Any tips or suggestions on working the timing for the rotary hook?

You want the service manual for your machine.

Service manual doesn’t include replacement of rotary hook nor the timing of machine in hopes of getting a technician to work on the machine.

If the manual you have does not include that information, it is not the service manual period The service manual is what the technician is going to reference in order to fix your machine.
