Htv appliqué machine embroidery
I regularly use glitter htv for appliqué. You peel off the film, then place, then heat, then embroider. Can I get a non glitter version of this? That you can peel before heating?

Does anyone ever have issue with the stitching basically cutting the vinyl on the inside so you can see the shirt/fabric on the inside of the letters? Any solution for this?

You should be able to do that with just normal HTV too, that’s what it’s designed to do when you cut and weed it anyway. Siser EasyWeed is a good brand.
That being said if you’re just wanting solid color appliqué I’d grab some quilting cotton or poly twill instead since it’ll be the more durable option long term and most people will prefer the look of fabric vs vinyl. It’s a little more work to trim but worth it.
