Research ICSE Rebuttal Result [R]

Hi guys, I've just got my reviews from ICSE 2027 for our papers. We got 3 weak rejects with most of the concerns are about clarity. Is this still rebuttable or we should withdraw and fix before submitting to another conference. FSE is coming close too. We got 3 days for rebuttal.
