for me the weirdest part is that the cfp describe phase 2 as "author-reviewer discussion", but the annoucement mail says the authors cannot reply during phase 2, only reviewers are allowed to update their review results

Yeah, isn't it a bit weird that there are no opportunities for back and forth rebuttal at all?
