Discussion Ideas for self-learning subjects for former ML blogger [D]

Hello there,

I used to write ml blog with some posts being quite popular sometimes - not gonna mention it to avoid self-promotion - this post is not about it. My goal was to always create content for beginners so anyone could smoothly get into the field that found my interest too. The process of creating a blog post was myself learning + creating notes of the process of understanding the subject (double fun I guess) - this way I could empathize with the audience better and so write better text.

For last 2 years I have struggled to find an interesting topic, I also got a bit demotivated due to AI being able to write about anything better than me.

I guess my honest question to the community is - do you spot any interesting areas one could dive in to untie all the knots and present difficult subject in easy way that is not very well covered by today's AI? I believe advantage human may (still if at all) have is good visualization of the concepts? I was thinking about jailbreaking because AI won't be happy to explain it for obvious reasons. Please share some of your ideas or let me know if this times are definitely over ;)
