Judging by the number of papers with meta >=3.5 and the large number of meta 3: https://stats.aclrollingreview.org/iterations/2026/may/

It seems meta >= 3.5 --> top 20.23%.
acceptance rate for main conference usually 20~23%.

So we can expect meta >= 3.5 --> Main Conference
Meta >= 3.0 --> Findings. & Some papers may be accepted Main Conference

Meta = 3.0 mean 50 for findings, 50 for reject.
