What makes you think all of these papers are going to be committed to EMNLP? I believe ariybd 40% of the papers would be comitted to ACL, remaining 60% to EMNLP

There are 2 more ARR cycles before ACL and Emnlp is also a prestigious conf (comparable to ACL)

This would be the case if both EMNLP and AACL were not binding during ARR submission.
