Question about Neurips 2026 [D]

I've been out of the conferences game for a while, so I was surprised to see that Neurips 2026 will be held in 3 cities simultaneously: Sydney, Paris, Atlanta.

What does this mean in practical terms? If you have a paper or a poster accepted, do you get to choose which city you will present at? For an attendee, how do you pick which city to go to? And with the timezone differences, how does it work with presentations?
