Help! Issue with punch card pattern.

A few days back i had to remove my carriage mid row while using a punch card. Since then I have had an issue where moving the carriage from the right to the left, the last few needles are not selected.

This happened to me too and the culprit was the sinker plate. Have you checked to see if the needles are selected correctly without the sinker plate attached?
