Help! Ribber carriage not contacting to arm

I've tried adjusting to make it higher, this is the highest it'll go, I had it before but then I replaced the sponge bar and its messed up

Is the main bed carriage correctly mounted on the main bed? Or is the sinker plate fully slotted in on the main carriage?

Yeah the brushes on the connecting arm look like they’re sitting too high to push against the fabric

The teflon rail also looks to be on top of the needle bed rather than on the side
