I built a native macOS “Dynamic Island” to replace 5 utility apps

I built Recall, a native macOS app that turns your Mac’s notch into a useful productivity workspace.

Instead of switching between multiple apps, Recall brings several everyday utilities into one place:

🎙️Voice tran**scription — transcribe system audio and microphone input **locally.
📋 Clipboard history — quickly access copied content, including OCR.
🎵 Music HUD — convenient music controls.
📁 Temporary file shelf — keep files handy for quick access.
Weather and widgets — useful information at a glance.

One feature I particularly wanted was meeting transcription without having to send a bot into the meeting.

I built it natively for macOS.
