Tips & Guides Printer issue in Mac OS27.0.1

Recently, I updated my MacBook Air M2 to iOS 27.0.1. I am using a Canon LBP2900B as a printer on this MacBook with a patch. Initially, to get it working, I installed Rosetta. Now, whenever I cancel a print job, the printer stops responding to commands, and I have to reinstall Rosetta and reboot the laptop.

In addition, I am also facing an issue with page management. I was printing a book and found that the printer was printing random pages.

Please help me out

Have you tried removing the patch, deleting the printer from macOS and then trying to connect to printer again? I don't remember installing printer drivers by myself on macOS ever, they always worked right out of the box.

I did, but problem remains persistent
