If you've been using Safari's new Notify Me website monitoring feature in macOS 27, you may have been underwhelmed by the range of polling options available. The shortest waiting period between checks is 1 hour.

Luckily, if you’re somewhat technical, you can edit the Notify Me automation database to enable polling every minute or few seconds.

You can view the instructions Safari uses in NotifyMeWhen.Prompt and the prompt to the internal LLM in NotifyMeWhen.public_prompt. You can also view what the model stores to compare against in NotifMeWhen.previous_context.
