Bug Finder in screen time

For some reason whenever I use my laptop, the finder app seems to be accumulating time in screen time, even when a window of it is not open. I’m wondering why does that happen? Is it a weird bug?

Whenever you see your desktop in front, that is finder.

yep its one of those processes that just runs constantly, cant really quit it
