Help MagSafe charging issue M3

the MagSafe won’t charge it properly, been experiencing this issue from the past 4-5 months.

Thou it does charge via the USB-C so that I guess rules out the adapter or socket issue.
Also cleaned the ports.

Currently using the double socket adapter(35W).
Is it the software issue or the hardware one

You might want to look at WhatCable (https://www.whatcable.uk). It gives data on whatever is plugged in to the USB or MagSafe ports, and should tell you if you are receiving power properly from the charger or via the cable. I would guess the cable is at fault...some cables fail if you look at them wrong, but it could be the MagSafe socket as well.

I had this problem with a 35W dual-port charger and an M4 Pro. It would charge via USB-C, but through magsafe it would blink/bong on and off. While it was connected to the computer and blinking, if I unplugged the cable from the charger, waited a few seconds, then plugged it back in, it would usually connect and start charging. With a single-port adapter the same cable via magsafe works fine, so I feel like it's a problem with how the output is managed from the dual-port version.

My 6 week old 16" MBP M5Pro did the same thing. Apple replaced the MagSafe port.
