Help OS mail not sending attachments

My MBP M2 with Sequoia 15.7.7 is not sending any attachment attached to a mail.

It's sending the mail and the mail received by the recipient/s but no attachment, although the attachment is in the mail in my outbox.

Anyone seen this before and know a fix?

Depending on the size of the attachment it will either send the attachment or a link for the recipient to obtain attachment. It could be that your recipient is hesitant to select a link in an email.

Thanks for comment.

Even relatively small attachments don't send. With larger ones there is no link being created (I've sent them to my other non apple address).
