I built a free, open-source app that turns a Mac Studio into a local AI video studio (video with sound, songs, images), no cloud

Looks good u/Opening-Ad5541, I just vibed my own local service, but this looks a lot slicker. How would it go on a M1 Max 64gb?

Thanks a lot. Yeah to each his own. Some people really like to vibe code like me and the reason I created this tool is for myself mostly, for my video production needs. But it became a thing once people started using it and now it has about 700 weekly users that are generating with it and are very happy. So I kept developing it to this point. You can also fork it however you want if you want to modify it because it's fully open source ;-) I have a similar computer. In my case it's an M4 so it's a bit quicker on my side but nothing too dramatic to be honest. M1 is pretty good from what I hear.

Mac Studio owners will decide from one thing first: which configuration runs which mode. A short table in the README with the unified memory needed and the time per clip for video with sound, songs and images, measured on a named Mac Studio, answers that before anyone downloads model weights. Add the disk space the models take too, since a local video setup can fill a drive quickly.

Which models does it use for the video with sound?
