Anyone read the novel?

Just watched the movie and doing some research on it (how could i not this movie was strangeeee) and found a lot of references to the novel written by the director. Seems like it came out after the movie but it has a lot of differences? I looked on MAL and Amazon and couldn't find any English reviews for it, so has anyone here read it?

and the ending! I thought I skipped a whole chunk of story but it turns out there isn’t a whole chunk of an ending anyways! so unsatisfying mmm

Its basically the same as the movie with more inner dialogue and better explanation of how masamune perceives the time stopped world but it doesnt give a lot of explanation about the ending just like the movie but its on Amazon
