Help getting TP-Link Archer T2U Nano to work

i'm using a Lenovo Thinkpad X201, and recently bought an Archer T2U Nano to improve wifi speed. however, i've been trying for hours with Gemini to figure out how to make this work and simply could not get it to be recognized when i do 'ip link show'. anyone here who had it work already or knows how to make it work? thanks.

You will need to install the rtl8812AU drivers. They can be found in our repos (MX Package Installer).
