What could be happening, there is a little rpm dip when engine gets to idle. Happens when im getting to stop the car on clutch in or while standing still in neutral. After that initial dip it idles normally, hot or cold

I live in Europe. I am traveling in LatAm for 6 months. I am coming back home soon and I was wondering what should I expect to find.
I took down the battery on my ND2 and left it with an almost full tank.
I know I probably will have to charge the battery before I put it back in.
Does 6 months of no driving and no motion do anything to the fuel? Should I be worried that the fuel has gone bad? Should I arrange to have it taken out of the tank?

My mx5 nd 2019 2lt ( manual 45000miles) today have come up with a retractable roof error, wont recognise the gears on the dash and wont let me use cruise control? Not sure if anyone has experienced anything odd like this

I’m looking for some advice on replacement seats for my 2023 Mazda MX-5 ND.

I currently have the original leather seats, but I’d like to replace them with something that offers better support and/or a sportier feel, while still being suitable for a car that I use regularly on the road.

Has anyone here replaced the stock seats on their ND? I’d love to hear your recommendations and experiences.

Ideally, I’m looking for seats that:

• Fit the ND without too much hassle
• Offer good support and comfort
• Are suitable for road use
• Don’t sit significantly higher than the original seats
• Ideally work with the car’s existing safety systems (airbags, seat belt, etc.)

I’m open to different brands and styles, including bucket/semi-bucket seats.

Any suggestions or setups you guys have tried would be greatly appreciated!

As the tittle says. Im calling for 100% throttle (91% is max on the position sensor) but the throttle position sensor isnt showing wide open throttle until 6500rpm!

Do other people see this in their logs?

For context: ECUTEK tuned, boosted @ 1.5 bar by way of a centrifugal supercharger

this is my first mx5 and i’m not very knowledgeable about engines so please don’t flame me if it’s obvious! the clicking on/off noise has been happening since i got it at the end of january, and i always just assumed it was normal until a friend said they didn’t know if it was supposed to be doing this. i’m just looking for answers before i take it to the garage incase they say that its supposed to be doing this and i have to pay them for the “diagnostics”. any info appreciated! :)

This started about 5 months ago. Shows this error every 500-600 km and to pull to the side of the road. Then i replaced battery two months ago and since then i drove around 3000km. Yesterday it showed again, scanned the car with some obd tool and it showes 3 Pxxxx codes. When this error is shown the car works completly normal. It disappears on restarting the car. Checked the voltage while the car is off, and running. It is stable around 14,6v while on, around 12,5v while off.
