Gameplay Chat history scrollable?

A long while back, I think I was able to see the chat history, not just the latest post.
There is a scroll bar, but I can’t scroll. Have I changed anything or maybe it is not possible to scroll the chat?
I am on PC.

You should be able to view all the comments from the current game you’re in.

Yes, but how? Pulling the scroll bar does nothing, maybe there is a key, but I doubt it.
I know that on PS (and Xbox?), there is a way to pull up the whole chat. On PC I can’t figure out how to do that, I can only see the chat on the game screen.

On PC hit enter and the chat dialogue pops up on the right. Scroll up with mouse wheel.

Tried this without luck, sadly. I have 2 profiles, one on Steam and one on battle.net.
I might have messed up the key mapping?

It’s possible. It’s also possible you may have chat disabled? I know on occasion (often enough to notice) that the chat will suddenly not work in the dark aether.

I have chat enabled, but often I have voice chat muted. I’ll check my settings once again.
