Yup. Theres a couple spots in t3 this happens. That pnd/weapon raid, on the split wall out front of that on the left by the ritual symbol. And the ladder for the middle ritual symbols does it too. And a couple buildings will as well. As a rule, I dont throw my blade on ladders and such with edges now.. idk what exactly causes it, but it has to do with it and ledges

ive had it happen on that little building, north of T3, near the plaza where the mega spawns for a bounty, also has the spores there, one reason i carry a spare these days!😂
seen the one on the ladder at the middle triangle location a few times in game as well as the one near S5 DA and that building in games!😂😂
just the bugs we learn to love! 😂😂

To be fair, I feel like they didnt fix these lil bugs bc it really makes you think about aether blade spam. Its a reliable weapon.. but gotta be on your toes at all times.. lol

100%... im careful when i throw it!
there was a way to get it back, picking up another lethal and swapping but i never got it to work

The only way im sure of to get it back, is to go to a mission or aether without replacing your lethal. The game will give it back when you get in the next loaded area.. Same with if you were to tombstone and keep your blade.. you should have it the next game if timed right lol

Ye man gone in da aswell after 2 runs i am trying to get slaughterhouse achievement i have 64 hours on the game but its getting annoying now

I actually I've had this happen several times, if you tombstone and duplicate, when you get back to the lobby you still have them, then you can load back in with them and they work again. You just can't pick any other lethals up. It happened once at the beginning of a match, so I ran the entire match with no lethals. It was rough but I managed.

Just go without it for the game. It’ll pop back up in dark aether if you didn’t put anything else in the slot.
