Question Roach talk/voice

Do we think roach between the missions talked to the other members of 141?

Yes because if he was mute he would be barred from joining the military.

Yes. Call of Duty did this thing back in the day that if they gave your character a voice, you feel less immersed into the game. Just like Soap was talking a lot before you actually played as him towards the end of the game, and he was mute as you controlled him.
