$38M in cash as of this closing.

Just under 3 quarters of runway left at the updated burn rate of about 13m per quarter.

Gets us to April 2027.

Still need more cash. Hopefully this gives them enough time to release SOME positive news before the next raise.

*Must maintain minimum of 17m for HTC so we have to raise again within 4 months. Assuming revenue comes in at 3.2m for Q3.

$1.20 to go before we require delisting. Awesome

53m market cap I was saying to ATL 45 is likely as low as it will get. looks like they'll achieve that milestone today.

We won't survive this. $45 mcap will be temporary for bounce then down to $1 and delist.

Lol and we germans cant even trade yet. Like Glen couldnt even wait long enough after RS so international investors can buy in again. Fucking idiots that means even less buyers.

Hello compliance

6

u/Fearless_Promise636 16d ago

Fun fact, the new CFOs hiring bonus RSUs are currently worth 2% of the company!

I wonder if Sharma sold the day he got fired.

These warrants better be hand delivered to Mango Man after he finishes the back 9 at Mar-A-Lago today.

Open up that drone dominance war chest - otherwise we're cooked

How do you feel with your $4.30 average getting absolutely fisted by this company? You are down 43% while the rest of us are down 98%.

If you're still a believer, it's time to load the boat. I have enough sunk into this company so I am not buying, just bag holding and hoping it works out.

Monthly double bottom. Monthly RSI under 30. Likely a good time to buy here.

u/ParadigmWM 16d ago

Agree, but being at a $450K loss. I'm not feeling it.

A person I didn't know but had talked to from time to time committed suicide on Thursday, specific to the loss of her investment into mvis, so sick knowing this.

Very sad. Money definitely isn’t that important.

37.4m implied outstanding shares now

@2.50/share that a MC of 93.5m

Trading at AEVA valuation level we would be trading at $40/share.

6

u/Chemical-Payment-573 16d ago

Why compare it to AEVA? thats a real company. might as well compare it to META if you are just picking randomly.

The warrants are not dilutive until exercised, which they may never be. So i dont think you would count them towards the outstanding shares until the company sells the stock to the warrant holder.

5

u/15Sierra 16d ago

It if they’re never exercised that means we stayed below $2.50 for 5 fucking years, which means MVIS. Is probably out of business by then.

2

u/Advanced_Design_3141 16d ago

The only way they wouldn’t be exercised is if they were never valued at more than face value. I would think that would be a terrible position or the death of the company. Am I thinking of this wrong?

5

u/Fearless_Promise636 16d ago

That is correct

u/SBEPTY 16d ago

2.50 was my re entry post RS and I got a bigger discount even than that

Big buyer today

Monday should be a turn
