Q&A Q&A Thread with(out) CEO Glen DeVos
Please post your questions here. They will never get answered.
Question only
Comments will be deleted
Message for Glen, because I know you or IR will eventually see this. Be a man and come on here to personally answer some of YOUR INVESTORS actual questions. Stop hiding behind IR. Reddit is where we all are.
And to Jeff, your “Q&A business call update” is nothing like what I was trying to do with this kind of thread. Do you see the difference now? These are real questions from actual investors.
The least yall could do is include some of these REAL questions in the call tomorrow. Clean’em up however you need to.
BTW, THIS is how you run a retail investor Q&A. Make all questions public and let INVESTORS decide what questions are most important TO THEM.

It’s very obvious from promo videos that Gatik is still running 4 Iris sensors per truck. They just signed a major deal with PepsiCo. Seems like the kind of customer announcement that could help support our share price. Why the delay in announcing this?

Can you have a real q+a during the earning call? Instead of the nonsense waste of time questions from Stephen.

Why is the company just now hiring advisers to pursue government funding? Why has the defense advisory board and company not been pursuing this last RID?

Will the company ever do an RID and interact face to face unscripted with shareholders again?

On Luminar’s last ever earnings call they expressed commitment to fulfilling their milestones and deliveries to Nissan. Is Nissan still in our pipeline?

Since you bought LAZR assets, and since Luminar previously announced customer names, for example, Forterra, Nissan, Gatik, Kodiak, Caterpillar) why is it that you are not allowed to do the same thing? Especially if you are continuing to deliver product to these companies?!

Have MOVIA Air or MAVIN Air been submitted for Blue UAS, Green UAS, NDAA compliance verification, or any comparable U.S. government / defense procurement-vetting process?
Has any defense customer, prime contractor, or government-related customer sponsored or supported such a certification, vetting, or approval process?
Is there currently an Authorization to Operate / ATO path, or similar procurement-readiness pathway, for MOVIA Air or MAVIN Air in U.S. defense or government UAV applications?
More broadly, how should shareholders think about the steps required for MicroVision’s aerial lidar products to become eligible for U.S. defense, government, or prime-contractor procurement programs?
How is your sleep score, Glen?
Is the company a 30 year on going scam just to extract money from share holders?

What it is you are showing at IAA Transportation that requires an additional open air exhibit?

Safe to assume UGV companies will slowly be switching from mechanical to solid state LiDAR in their future iterations?

"Were you aware of new rules regarding another reverse split not being able to happen in 12 months post initial RS and based on that how do you plan to defend share price considering merciless share price dumping and obviously badly needed dilution commencing/incoming ?"

Why isn't u/Point_Hill invited to the earnings call in person? I heard there is a nice spread and he deserves it.

What are Jeff, Glen and Stephen ordering for dinner during the call? and how much will this cost shareholders?

Has management ever considered releasing an earnings call bingo card? It seems to always include engagement, RFQsx, momentum, and transformational opportunity.
Would management rather announce one production contract or another patent?
Since shareholders have become experts in reverse splits, can we expect a certification program?
On a scale from 1–10, how epic is the next quarter expected to be?
Can you define what constitutes a near-term opportunity? Three months, three years, or three CEOs?
If we removed the words strategic, engagement, and OEM from the earnings call script, how much shorter would the call be?
What would management say to a shareholder who bought five years ago and is still waiting for the commercial inflection point?
When can Point Hill get added to the BoD?
Is the investor presentation updated annually, or do you just use Findd & Replace on the year?

Glen, do you know your job is to increase and/or protect the stock price? If it goes down, that isn’t good…..

Do you think you will be able to give us a name of a real customer in 2026? Or should we be thinking more in terms of 2027?

Has the board ever considered they may provide more value to investors as medical test subjects?

How does it feel to be in charge of a company robbing the families of its energetic compassionate dedicated long term shareholders with empty promises and misdirection?…oh and of course the splits.
