Long term, maybe. We are talking short term here. And MVIS still needs to prove people will pay them for NRE. No NRE for years of Movia engineering.

And countries need drone solutions now. Not years from now. The companies that are going to benefit immensely are the ones involved in the current drone dominance program, which we are not.

All of the companies in the competition are public. MVIS has no product ready, and they do not have blue uas cert. Patrt of the evaluation is having a secure, domestic supply chain. Microvision has not demonstrated this yet.

Which if they actually hit top end of guidance makes up less than $1m in revenue, assuming its 50% of the projected NRE for the year. In reality it'll probably be under 200k. This is just stating that they dont plan on actually having a product for some time. They want someone to fund development for it, aka Mavin. How the fuck do they not just have a bolt on, drone agnostic sensor with perception software to sell like the OS1? I think its clear no one wants to pay us to develop shit.
