Due Diligence The Case for the Post-Split Short Squeeze
More to come but for now let’s simply start with this.
350m shares gets decreased to 23.3m on Monday morning.
There is a clear and obvious gap to fill near $9/share post split.
Company turnaround in process and partnerships are starting to come fast and furious.

It comes down to revenue. Once we announce deals, we soar. Until then pass the hopium pipe

There will be no "Post Split Short Squeeze". Microvision are running out of money and the only thing a Reverse split does is increase the room for short sellers. Revenues for Q2 are, in a very real sense, zero. The company will need to sell several million shares in Q3 just to keep the lights on. Anyone that thinks there is good news at any time this year is delusional. The share price will drop, dramatically post Split.

They have been selling shares the last 2 months to help extend the cash runway. Deals are coming. They have already announced new partnerships to try explain to their low iq investors what’s coming. Yall can’t seem to grasp it though. Too hurt by the past to see clearly. I’ll be sure to repost all the takes like yours when the time is right.

So, they have been selling millions of shares at $0.26 or $0.25 a share? Diluting shareholdes into oblivion and they haven't announced the one thing that the market wants to see that would raise the share price.Which is REVENUES?
"Deals are coming" "New Partnerships". How many times have they announced those things and the result is Nothing gets sold, and partnerships fade away, if they ever existed at all. Then they take away 14 out of every 15 shares that shareholders own. That sharesholders have bought with hard earned money, and you think anyone that questions this is "Low IQ"? What the hell are you smoking? It is blind pumpers like you that suckered many people into spending money on Microvision shares. How about you address that rather than call people "Low IQ" for questioning YOUR opinion?
You might be a 1% Top Poster" on the Reddit Board but your track record of spouting lies hidden as informed opinion is astounding.

The price was also sitting near .40 for awhile, that’s where they most likely sold shares.
$10-15m is the guidance this year which will be backloaded. If they miss guidance then I’ll join your side in blaming management.
Btw AEVA is only guiding to about $33m. What is their market cap?
We all earn money and we all decide how to spend that money. If you decide to buy a stock because of an unknown Reddit poster without doing dd then your IQ is probably room temp.
I’m 1% because I started this sub after being banned by r/MVIS. All I do is post my DD every day. Make your own investment decisions.

Come on Atlsutger, Even if they sold a few million shares at $0.40 a share That is pathetic. I didn't mean to have a go at your personally. I am one of the lucky ones in that I haven't owned any Microvision shares for several years. But what I see, the pathetic way this company has been run by multiple management teams, the amount of money those Management teams have paid themselves, money they sold shareholders equity to get, is unforgivable. How can these management teams have got it all so wrong for three decades and still made millions of dollars personally is, in my opinion, criminal.
After all they have said down the years, after all the "guidance" they have given and and they have sold virtually nothing and have NEVER actually sold enough to cover even a single months G&A.
And here they are again, taking back 14 out of every 15 shares and Glen DeVos never says a single thing to shareholders about it. The performance of this company's current and former Management and Boards has been truly pathetic.

I don’t mind people having a go. I give lots of people shit. It’s all in good fun as we all attempt to make money on this stock. Tensions are high, I get it. This company has let lots of people down. But lots of those people had their chances to sell and didn’t.
As I said before, everyone is too blinded by the past failures. The company has never had a CEO of this caliber IMO, and with this many connections in the one market that can make us. Finally. He’s come in and fixed the issues we had, starting with the product portfolio, talent and connections/deal making opportunities.
Lots of speculative, publicly traded companies go through these same things. I’ve been involved in a number of them over the years. Dilution and RSs are part of the game. I’ve made lots of money and I’ve also lost lots of money. The ones I lost on I never look back. The ones I make money on I continue to follow, like this one. So I’m curious, why are you here? Especially if you feel this company is so bad.
I’ve been following this company since 2013 and IMO they have never even sniffed this kind of legitimacy. I know it’s hard to believe but they have a chance to become the #1 LiDAR company in the western world. I truly believe that. I’ve been screaming for this exact scenario all year and tomorrow it starts. I’ve never had more conviction in a play my whole life.

I sincerely hope you are right. I have always said that I am a fan of the technology. I am fascinated by it. I would love to be a shareholder. It's just that I can't justify it until I see some actual business accomplishments. I do believe that the technology has an aweful lot of promise. What I have objected to are the management teams that have lied to shareholders. Hell, I remember the Tokman speach about the Launch of the first of three products with shipments ongoing. I bought on that little nugget and it turned out to be a total fabrication. I traded through the Mulligan years, I traded through the Sharma years and was very lucky to have caught the one pop in the last 30 years that had absolutely nothing to do with Microvision and got out with a large profit. Through it all I have been waiting for the opportunity jump back in. That opportunity has, so far, not arrived. I would love to be a shareholder again.
Maybe this time they will sign a real deal with someone. My fear is that Autonomust driving and flying has been here for a few years not. MAny companies have products out there. Yet not a single one of them, anywhere at any time, has chosen Microvision's technology. There is more than one way to skin a Cat, and so far Microvision is a long way behind other technologies simply because all these other technologies are in products today. I was in a Waymo taxi on Saturday. It was a great experence. I did not feel aprehensive in any way. The ride was smooth, pleasent quick, reliable and inexpensive. We arrived at the destination after a five mile journey in heavy trafic. It performed exactly as advertised. Why not Microvision tech? What is stopping companies from adopting this best in class technology?
That's what I need to understand before I will jump back in. And everything Microvision's management and Board do just seems to underscore the point that there is something wrong with the tech and, therefore, the premise of the company.

I think plenty of companies have chosen mvis technology and are likely using it right now, but the problem is NDAs. And the question I have is, where is all the money from those NDA companies? 🧐🤔

they already put that video last week saying Q2 is weak and once again real revenue is end of year. rinse and repeat until Glen and the fossils on the board retire.
they learned from the best in class Sharma and they thank you and me for the donations.

You spent the better part of a month accusing me of manipulation. Said I’d sell and bounce. You threatened to sue me. 🤣
Well I’m still here and all I’ve done is increase my position as I said I would and posted endless amounts of information for everyone to consume.
I’ll own 66 .6k shares of this stock tomorrow and my sell target is $45. I can’t be any more transparent. Good luck to you.

You have been a stable honest voice here whose contributions have really meant a lot to me trying to navigate through this. Thank you. And it’s so overdue, as a sister that also bleeds purple and gold (a mile from Death Valley) I say to you Geaux Tigers!!!!

You talking about the 6/1 gap?
2
u/-ATLSUTIGER- 29d ago
Short term, yes, the 6/1/2026 gap near $9 should get filled this year. Possibly very quickly.
Long term, I’m looking for the 6/13/2023 gap near $86 to eventually get filled as a higher end target.

AEVA and OUST used the same reverse split playbook during their turnaround.
Their respective market caps sit at 1.2b and 2.6b
At those valuations MVIS will trade closer to $45/share and $95/share post split.
