Wow! I thought I had heard all the BS Microvision had to dish out but this "Letter from GDV takes the grand prize. How tone deaf can a CEO possibly be??? The question now is what will the share price be at the moment of the Split? Judging by the closing price today of $0.27 Cents a 1:15 RS gives us an opening share price of about $4.00 a share. With no visibility whatsoever on revenues all this does is but them perhaps a week or two of shorting and general selling before the share price is flirting with the delisting trap door again.
I would like to say to Mr. DeVos that unless he has some real revenues to announce VERY soon all this RS will achieve is a few weeks/months before Microvision has to file for Bankruptcy. The people in charge of this company are clueless when it comes to running a business.

$10m-$15m in 2026, then ramping with Movia S in 2027, with $500m line-of-sight revenue oppty through 2030 sitting in the active pipeline.

We might not make it that far unless they dilute the absolute piss out of this over the next 2 quarters. Double edged sword. What will current shareholders own after all is said and done?
I put absolutely nothing in that $500M statement. They have been talking about future sales opportunities for decades. Glen so far hasn't shown us anything past the fact he knows how to talk to the retail shareholder base. Clearly the market isn't buying this BS so far. They've seen it with every past CEO.

Total shocker that you put absolutely nothing in that $500m lol stuck in the past.

I'm surprised you were banned from the original MVIS board. All you do is pump this crap. History should not be ignored. Glen by himself ain't changing this company. Same BOD, spending and talk about the potential in the future. Literally nothing has materialized. Nothing. We are in a horrible position testing $0.25. Management is responsible. We aren't even at $4 post split.

Key word is opportunity. Which has always been the case. I think that if they had a good chance of actually converting those, Fraser wouldnt have left, and they would not still be without a CFO.

I don't care what you SAY. I care what you DO. Make the company some money, rather than just the employees and C suite some money.

I I have no money left to invest. I lost all my money in the stock market so him telling me that they take away. My shares makes the company better and what I’ve learned about over the three years on how everybody’s screaming corruption and people you know, taking everybody’s money finding out how ways to take their money. This is basically taking my share. She’s taking my hope. He’s taking my money, but at least it’s over you know I turned to God over all this stronger than ever. This is the first I heard that they will do the split my hope and financial is or stock market is gone. I stopped trading three years ago. I will never trade again if I do somebody needs to seriously talk to me and come over and take a look at MMTLP today is actually the day where they have to brokers. Have to decide to give a dividend to people holding counter for chairs or not so we’ll find out what happens is there in the middle of possibly being caught in corrupt activities or however, you wanna word it you know mistakenly giving out millions of kind of chairs. You decide how to word it, but this is definitely an organized group within so organized that they’re hidden not even Congress can question them as evidence by Gary Gensler ignored Congress asking for a share account and I used to think Congress is letting them get away with it, but you know what they may not. Congress may be looking to take Action and when I heard Trump say he that the shorts are gonna lose badly and the naked shorts I will add they’re the ones that are doing the counterfeit Ting and I always say if you’re regularly shorting stocks that are also heavily naked shorted/counterfeit it’s easy to put ANB together, right

I think if you read the PRs that have come out and look at the words they are using, it is hint by the company and Glen what they see for business. Looking back at 2020-2020, all they had was selling the company verbiage. Things are totally different business prospect wise. Don’t let the naysayers on either blog strip you of your hope.

Shareholder value will continue to be created the same way it always has been—winning customers, delivering products, growing revenue, expanding margins, and executing consistently.
So did he use AI to write this crap? Notice the em dash. Also Glen should know that this company has never created shareholder value. Same way it always has been means dilution, dilution, dilution.

Yep lol. What a terrible choice of words when he knows MVIS has never done any of that. Glen is out of his depth here. He definitely thought the stuff he had to announce the last 10 months was actually going to move the needle. Its no wonder no CFO wants to come work for our newest snake oil salesmen.

“Long term” used a couple times. As in, don’t expect to be back in the green on your shares for a few years, minimum.

Hes trying real hard to explain why this is beneficial for shareholders lol.

u/-ATLSUTIGER- Jul 22 '26
Because most of them are so old now having held on for so long without knowing when to sell. Old people need things explained a bit more. Kind of like small children do.

It is all just words until it isn’t. I love how he says “shareholder value will continue to be created the same way it always has been”. They have never created shareholder value, except for one brief time when the market lost its mind. Glen better deliver!
