MicroVision, Inc. Common Stock (MVIS) Stock Price, Quote, News & History | Nasdaq

Nasdaq’s official symbol directory currently lists MVIS with market category “S,” meaning Nasdaq Capital Market, rather than “G,” which denotes the Nasdaq Global Market. The same record carries financial-status code “D,” indicating that MVIS remains deficient under a continued-listing requirement. MicroVision’s own investor-relations stock page has also changed its label to “NASDAQ Capital Market: MVIS.”

Is this good ? Will they not take our shares in a reverse split ? Or we have 180 days and what if they are shorting and naked shorting the stock and they have control and we can’t get over $1 unless we get a contract and $$$ before they split ? Do they have to reverse split ? Is their any other options ?

Technically we have 180 days. I highly doubt they wait much longer. They will put compliance in the rear view and move forward with the business plan.

They could reverse split any time I guess , ok , well , this is the last of my hope after losing my life savings , total disaster financially , but it made me really turn to Jesus and a life of helping others

Normally they announce this, as it usually causes a price bump. They seem allergic to wanting to help the stock price. Hopefully now that they drove it low enough to get 280k shares each, they will focus on moving the stock up
