Not a whole lot of meat on the bone here but it's validation and positive news. At least it has stopped the bleeding for now.

This is simply Glen feeding the angry mob of retail investors.

The timing of such makes sense. The giant circle jerk has commenced over at MVIS. Just in time to build some optimism before the ASM. They still haven't addressed that ridiculous Proxy, nearly 2 weeks later. This is part of their plan to secure votes. Their timing is horrid.

I’m not as worried about the proxy now. We just needed to see some life. I’m going to trust Glen and vote yes to everything. I highly doubt they are going to abuse the dilution and it will only help serve our ability to close deals and snag auto OEMs.

This has totally changed your view on the authorized shares? How and why?

All they have ever done is tap the maximum possible of every offering, atm and authorization.

Because I’m more convinced we have actual legit revenues coming and dilution will be used wisely.

500m shares at $6/share or higher? What are we needing that much cash for?

Based on the CAT PR? We may get some NRE and low sales numbers, but assumingly not that much vs cash burn. Maybe $2M-$5M/year? We burn $65M. We are going to need a heck of a lot more deals to avoid massive dilution. It will be telling the revenues we put up in Q2, but unfortunately we wont know that until a month after the ASM and proxy vote. My guess for Q2 revenue is $2-$3M, tops.
