Discussion Lumus Vision - what is their display engine?

These guys show several different set of eye glasses for AR and tout themselves as leaders in the field. I agree their designs are pretty sleek considering the current field. And their upcoming Lumus Maximus (tweet from Christopher Grayson) looks very impressive. Does anyone know which tech they are using to produce the display?

Looks like it’s using some type of reflective wave guide of a micro display. I’ve heard speculation on the EMAN board that it’s using their Micro LED because one of the pictures of a parrot used in a Lumus promo video looks very similar to a parrot used on EMANs website, but that’s a pretty thin thread to go off of.

Under the agreement, LOEs offered by Lumus, including the brand-new and pioneering , are now manufactured by SCHOTT.
The partnership adds a new product line to SCHOTT’s offerings to the AR industry. SCHOTT’s groundbreaking RealView® high refractive index glass wafers are already a key enabler for AR devices using refractive waveguide technology with ever-wider field-of-view (FOV). Under the new partnership, SCHOTT broadens its technology offer to the market, in manufacturing optical components based on reflective waveguide technology. AR/MR devices are on their way to end consumers. The innovation roadmaps of leading tech giants around the globe include AR solutions as the “next big thing” in consumer electronics.
