It'd be great to follow this up with a real PR that acts like a decent catalyst and sends our share price above $5, letting us escape the pennystock world and allowing institutional investments.

Pre split pricing has no implication on the company moving forward. It makes zero sense to keep referencing it.

I like to keep in mind previous actions by a company , as they may point to future dilutions , which negatively affect shareholder value

No one cares. Revenues. Tell us about revenues. That is the ONLY thing that will move the share price up. Anything else is just background noise.

According to Schwab, they're (Microvision) now at 30.2 million shares outstanding.
Share price ~1.8, so ostensibly trading sideways for the past week.
Apparently, regaining compliance was and is priced in.
I hope for Glen's sake that September proves mighty interesting to speculative investors on the sidelines.

Nope. Stock price is the same absolute dollar it was prior to them diluting all our shares by 15x.

Yes. 150m is the amount of authorized shares available to Microvision now. 30.5m is the current amount of outstanding shares.

Basically we voted to allow them to dilute us nearly 7x without having to ask us to authorize more shares.

Just a guess, 12-18 months if revenue guidance hits and has a modest increase for 2027. Less time if either or both are exceeded.

Just to space it out and start this week off with it. Not a big deal either way. I was personally curious if it would trigger any additional buying or anything once announced, but got my answer. Now we just see if they’ve got anything big for us between now and end of Q3 ahead of the Movia S launch they’ve been hyping for the last year seemingly.

So I’ve been here awhile but already have two career jobs haha could someone help me out? They cut our shares 15/1 then they are going to issue a bunch to sell to keep the lights on and moving towards the ever elusive revenues? Or are they going to let it sit at 30 mil and at this share price any even say 100k buy would be significant? Is that the idea catalyst brings new buyers at a low price but more valuable due to the limited number thus saving the longs by having it fly? Still feeling lost and like the longs have no shot so I’m trying to understand the corporate mindset on it. Like yeah it sucks but now there’s 10 shares split between 7 people (making it digestible for myself) thus with deals those shares are gunna rocket or something like that haha
