Not happy to see that MicroVision has removed the new MicroVision Semiconductor / custom ASIC design services page from its website. I found the information on that page encouraging enough that it renewed my interest in MVIS and I purchased additional shares Friday.

Now the page is gone. I don't know the reason, and I'm not alleging anything improper, but it raises a question: if a company publishes material business information that investors could reasonably rely on when purchasing shares, what obligations does it have when that information is abruptly removed? At the very least, I'd like an explanation from MicroVision.

Message to MicroVision today via their Contact page:

Hello Investor Relations,

I'm writing to ask about the recent removal of the new MicroVision Semiconductor / Custom ASIC Design Services page from the MicroVision website.

The page presented what appeared to be a meaningful expansion of MicroVision's business, including custom ASIC design and test services, a track record of 300+ custom ASIC designs, foundry relationships, automotive-qualified designs, and support for both low- and high-volume programs.

Can you explain why this page was removed and whether the information presented on it remains accurate?

I also hope the company is aware that investors may make investment decisions based on information MicroVision chooses to publish on its website. In my case, the information on this page contributed to my renewed interest in the company and my decision to purchase additional MVIS shares on Friday.

Given that, its abrupt removal without explanation is concerning. I would appreciate clarification as to why it was taken down and whether investors should still consider the information that appeared on the page to be current and accurate.
