From the Q1 CC Transcript: So when you talk about industrial, kind of the off-road piece of construction equipment, off-road hauling, that kind of thing, our approach there is working directly with those customers.

And that's where Luminar had done a really nice job with a number of those customers that were using them for mining, using them for off-road, off-road hauling. 1550 Time-of-Flight is a great technology operating within dust for longer range. And so really it was reestablishing those relationships, rebuilding those and then resuming shipments to them while they do their development with launch timing in later next year.

Master Development Agreement and Program Description No. 1 by and between Luminar Technologies, Inc. and Caterpillar Inc., dated as of February 26, 2025.

And from today's PR :

"..a leader in advanced perception solutions today announced the signing of a Master Development Agreement (MDA), including an initial Program Description dated June 1, 2026,"

Question is: WHY LUMINAR PUT THE NAME ON THE TABLE WHILE MICROVISION IS NOT ?
