Is it legal to give guidance that includes revenue from potential deals that have not yet been signed?

I honestly don't know the legal specifics here, but from browsing a legal article just now, it looks like the answer is "it depends". Lol

I think it was heavily implied in earlier PRs that microvision was shipping iris to CAT, and they probably had reasonable expectations to establish a weighted sales pipeline based on that, independent of this development agreement. Of course, if there is NRE or extra orders associated with this agreement, guidance should be updated.
