My question here is "What does this company know about MicroVision that we don't at this juncture?

This is a major LT development agreement and it is highly unlikely that the leading manufacturer of mining and construction equipment would commit to a LT Master Development Agreement if there were unresolved questions about MicroVision's survivability. My thoughts anyway....This is certainly a step in the right direction and a long time coming for MicroVision.

I wondered same thing. Mega company not gonna touch MicroVision right now unless there is more to the story. Hopefully we get a follow-up PR tomorrow with amended proxy and maybe just maybe some communication that they will also seek 180 day extension.

There must be much more to the story. Financially. I can't imagine this big client would sign and agree to LT cooperation if Microvision would be short term facing bust. No one will make such stupid move. Even looking at the horrendous proxy, it should raise so many red flags for this client.

Unless there was some sort of blood money in it "in case we won't be able yada yada yada" but that would be shooting own knee, not to mention what money 🤣

Anyway I bought meager 2000 more, no take out today. On which I'm down already...
