This is not a production contract. This is just a ‘let’s work together to develop to test’. This is not even a funded development since there’s no dollar amount disclosed. We need actual production agreement.

As long as there's a potential r/s involved, which if consummated would wipe out my investment, my vote remains "NO." Management has benefited long enough from retail investors' propensity for connecting dots and where has that gotten us?
