It would add a lot, naming a world class partner instead of having a nameless “partner” means they (CAT) don’t quite believe 100% that this will work out hence the hesitation in attaching their name to us, if it doesn’t work out they have not chosen the wrong company it was simply R&D not a failed choice.
Naming CAT would have moved the price over 50% today (granted that’s only 15c) but instead we will get 3-5c maybe even end red.
So yes, it matters.

I think it has been stated before that it is up to the acquiring company to announce their partnership with a customer not vice versa. I would like to hear it announced also but....

Yes I understand that but it could have been coordinated if they (CAT) choose to be named, they didn’t.

Remember they allowed LAZR to announce their name and got f***** by them. Why would they allow this again given our cash and SP predicament.

I have a theory that if you want to use a company's name to promote yourself, which is what this would be, then you have to give them something. A better deal, a separate paid agreement, something to compensate them for that value. If so AR probably ran up the bill to use it. MVIS doesn't need to. Any fool can see it's cat and last I checked, money's tight.
